In reality, without basic product details, it is impossible to offer an accurate quotation. PVC films and PVC tarpaulins are available in a wide variety of thicknesses, widths, colors, embossing patterns, and performance grades, all of which directly affect the final price.

To recommend the most suitable product and provide a competitive quotation, several key pieces of information should be confirmed before an order is placed. Clearly defining your requirements not only improves communication efficiency but also helps prevent misunderstandings during production and delivery.

1.Product Specifications

For PVC transparent film, our production thickness range is 0.08mm–0.75mm. Therefore, specifications frequently requested by customers, such as 0.05mm, 0.06mm, 0.07mm, 0.95mm, and 1.0mm, are outside our production capabilities and cannot be manufactured.

For colored PVC film, the available thickness range is broader, from 0.08mm to 1.0mm. The minimum thickness remains 0.08mm, while the maximum thickness can reach 1.0mm.

In terms of width, both transparent and colored PVC films can be produced within a range of 0.5m–2.0m. Products exceeding this width range are currently beyond our production capacity.

Therefore, when requesting a quotation, customers are encouraged to provide the following information whenever possible:

Softness
Surface Finish (e.g., embossed, smooth, etc.)

2.PVC Tarpaulin Specifications

For PVC Tarpaulin, providing only the GSM is usually not enough for an accurate quotation. To ensure precise pricing, customers should provide key specifications such as:

GSM (e.g., 600GSM)

Base Fabric Specification (e.g., 500D × 500D)

Yarn Density (e.g., 18 × 17)

Width and Length

Color and Special Requirements (e.g., flame retardant, UV-resistant, anti-mildew)

These parameters directly affect the product's strength, performance, and cost.

Our PVC tarpaulin can be produced in widths ranging from 1.5m to 6.2m. Providing complete specifications helps us quickly confirm production feasibility and offer an accurate quotation.

3. Minimum Roll Weight Requirement

In addition to product specifications, there is another important factor that is often overlooked—roll weight.

Due to production process and equipment limitations, the standard weight of each roll must be at least 30 kg. This is a mandatory production requirement. Rolls weighing less than 30 kg generally cannot be arranged for regular production.

4. Product Scope and MOQ Requirements

As a PVC raw material manufacturer with over 20 years of experience, we specialize in the research, development, and production of PVC materials, including PVC transparent film, colored PVC film, and PVC tarpaulin rolls.

Please note that we do not manufacture finished products such as inflatable balloons, folders, inflatable toys, or other end-use items. We also do not provide secondary processing services, including welding, sewing, printing, gluing, laminating, or other fabrication processes.

In addition, we focus exclusively on PVC materials and do not produce other plastic materials such as PE, PP, or TPU.

All of our products are supplied in roll form only. We do not offer PVC sheets or finished PVC products.

5.Testing Standards and Certification Requirements

Environmental, safety, and performance requirements for PVC products vary from country to country. Therefore, customers should specify any required standards, testing requirements, or certifications at the inquiry stage.

If specific test reports, certificates, or technical data are required, please let us know in advance.
